“I have been in Real Estate for 16 years. In 2002 when I moved to Orange Beach from Memphis, I knew right away I wanted to get into Real Estate. I had always been interested in Real Estate and felt that there was no better location than the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast to start! I quickly discovered there is so much more to the local area than just the beach. The beauty of the area, combined with the wonderful local people, and the lifestyle sell the properties in Baldwin County. As a local Realtor I am blessed to be part of the process.”
In 2006, Brenda became an Accredited Stager. She has always had a passion for interior design. She incorporated her training and skills as a Stager to help sellers prepare their home to list and builders to stage model homes. She recently worked with a builder to sell 36 new homes in Foley and is currently working with the same builder on a new subdivision in Summerdale. She has helped buyers decorate a primary residence, prepare a beach home for vacation rentals or as a second home. Brenda truly enjoys the challenge of taking a home and enhancing the features by making design changes at a very minimal cost or in some cases no cost at all. Staging can help a home sell faster, often for more money, and can increase the rentals on a vacation property.
Brenda always strives to provide a level of service that exceeds the expectations of her clients. Communication has been a key factor in her success as a consistent Top Producer in Real Estate. When working with buyers and sellers it is her job to be sure they are informed throughout the entire process of their real estate transaction. She helps them to make informed decisions and work to facilitate the process of the transaction so they can focus on all the other things involved in buying or selling a property. Her clients know they can count on her after the closing as well. Her commitment to customer service has helped to grow her network of loyal clients and referrals.

Before entering Real Estate, Brenda worked in Finance and Transportation Management in Memphis, TN for 15 years. She currently lives in Fairhope with her husband and daughter. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and bargain hunting for unique items for her ever-growing staging inventory.
