Learn About Brenda McDonald….Five stars is totally insufficient to describe Brenda's abilities and her performance as a realtor. We have had some great agents and some that I swear will spend all of their lives pushing on doors marked "Pull". The really great ones can't begin to compare with Brenda. She is highly intelligent, resourceful, thorough, knowledgeable, industrious, and witty beyond belief. Purchasing a home is stressful, but Brenda's sense of humor made it much less so. She knows her turf and she shares that information in a frank, honest manner. She makes timely and shrewd suggestions and can be a bulldog for you in negotiations. We moved over 2,500 miles and knew very little about the Alabama gulf coast. So, we asked our daughter, who is a realtor in Texas, to recommend whom she thought was the best agent for us. She did some checking and told us, "There's no doubt. You want to go with Brenda McDonald. It's not even close." We did, and we haven't regretted it for a second. Learn About Derek Mink….Couldn't ask for better agent. Derek went way beyond normal duties in assisting us getting settled in Alabama. Highly recommend him. Huge help in locating local businesses we needed. Provided with contact name to obtain help in unloading trucks into house, which proved successful. Helped with recommendations for a/c repairman. Thermostat was bad. Checked back to insure everything was alright. Sherwan
