Kailynn Jantz - Real Estate Agent AL

I was born and raised in Baldwin County, Alabama, and have deep roots in this wonderful community. I grew up in Elberta and graduated from Foley High School, giving me a strong connection to the people and places that make this area so special. I now reside in Gulf Shores, where I’m proud to call home.

I recently graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and I’m excited to bring my passion for real estate to help others find their dream homes along the Gulf Coast. As a Baldwin County native, I have an in-depth knowledge of the local market and a true love for this area.

Real estate isn’t just a career for me, it’s a calling. I love helping people, building relationships, and making the buying or selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

"I reached out to Pam in hopes that she would help us find the perfect home. She drove from orange beach to Daphne (which is an hour drive) to show us homes and never complained. She was able to answer all of our questions and more, we were first time home buyers so we required a lot of attention. My husband and I didn't have but a few months to find a house and Pam was able to find us the perfect house that met all of our needs and most of our wants, which isn't an easy task. From the day we saw the house to closing day, took about 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and as stress free as possible. We wouldn't have wanted to go through this experience with anyone other than Pam. Thank you for helping us find our perfect first home! "

- Brooke White

"Pam helped us to narrow our search and choose the house that met all our needs. Then helped us navigate purchasing a home from long distance. She was quick with a response and gave thoughtful advice. Who knew home buying could be this much fun?"

 - Julie Audo, Customer

"When my sister and I asked Pam to help us find vacation condo /investment home, I knew we were in good hands. She is a very busy lady, but made us feel like we were her highest priority. Pam has very special qualities that make her THE ONLY realtor I would ever want to use on the Gulf Coast. She not only listens to what you say you want, she also "hears" your unspoken needs and concerns. She is a true matchmaker - matching your dreams to awesome properties. I can't wait to have Pam find my next property!"

 - Judi Caldwell-Kuntz

"She was the very best in helping us to relocate. Pam used all and any resources she had or could find for us. And even after we backed out on an almost done deal, she continued to work very hart for us. We tell anyone who asks about our real estate agent that if they really want someone who will care about you and really try to help you, to contact Pam Patience."

 - Diane Langley

"Pam is a very sweet lady. Very helpful and thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone!"

 - Chere Gillham

"Pam listed our home for us on a Tuesday and in less than 24 hrs we had multiple phone calls and scheduled showings. Within the next 24hrs we had 3 offers, 2 of which were full price offers. Pam communicated with me about everything and we had our home sold in 48 hrs. Pam got everything together for closing in a timely manner and we were able to complete our closing in exactly 30 days. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail to us. We couldn't have asked for a better selling.I highly recommend Pam Patience to everyone that needs a realtor for selling their home!!"

- Megan Robinson

" I reached out to Pam hoping she could help me and my husband buy our first house and she made the home buying experience easy and as stress free as possible. She willingly drove from orange beach to Daphne (which is about an hour) just to meet with us and show us homes. She answered any questions we had and always got back to as soon as possible. We didn't have but a few months to find a house but she found multiple houses in great neighborhoods that met all of our needs and most of our wants...which is not an easy task. The home buying experience from the day we saw the house to the day we closed on the house took about 3 weeks, which was incredible. Needless to say, we wouldn't have wanted to experience this with anyone other than her. "

- Brooke white

"I very much enjoyed working with Pam. She was helpful and made the home-buying experience seamless."

 - Jackie Eagon

"Pam was an outstanding agent for your company. Extremely conscientious and thorough. Always kept in close touch while on the search for the ideal condo. Great about returning calls and providing all information necessary for the condos we were especially interested in. If she didn't know an answer to a certain question she would find somebody who did! Really enjoyed working with her. She's truly an asset to your real estate agency."

 - Andrea Newman

"I enjoyed my home buying expire. I came down looking for a new home, Pam helped me find the perfect place in only 2 days !! Best experience ever ...."
