Wendy Hamme – Real Estate Agent AL

Wendy started her Real Estate Career in 2005 when her husband John transferred from Philadelphia, PA to Alabama. Since then she has had hundreds of transactions from historical cities, college towns and now since 2012, the beach life. Wendy has extensive knowledge of the market place from new construction, to investment properties. She has helped first time buyers to the more advance buyer looking to sell or buy investment real estate.

Wendy feels that anyone looking to buy or sell Real Estate should always have representation. The fact that Alabama is a Caveat Emptor State, which means buyer beware, the laws here are to protect the seller and not the buyer, she has made it her personal mission to educate the public on the importance of representation for both buyer and seller.

Wendy will walk you through the transaction from the beginning to the end at the closing table making sure everything has been completed and understood before signing anything. Whether you’re a first time home buyer or this is your fifth home you will get the best service with Wendy. She will keep he clients on schedule from negotiating the terms of the offer, to home and termite inspections, and work closely with the closing title and mortgage companies.
