Dana was very instrumental in helping us find the perfect little place. Now, we have the greatest house near the beach that we can now call our beach house. Upon giving Dana the details on what we were looking for along with our budget, she began the process of finding only the properties that fit our criteria so we did not waste time on others. She helped so much with the negotiations and once we got our contract, she made sure we hit all our marks on our way to closing. Once in our place, she stopped by to make sure we made it and all was good. If I were to ever shop for a house again, I would use Dana. We have been so amazed at how knowledgable Asa is in so many respects regarding realestate. I am the type that asks a million questions and has a million ideas. Asa was great at helping elaborate on any good ideas, but better yet he did not hesitate to explain why any of our remodeling ideas would either not work nor yield a positive income results down the road. We found him to be a man of integrity. For example, during several bidding wars that we got involved in, Asa has actually told us when to not go any higher. Wow.
